These sessions are spaced across several months, allowing insight to develop in life between conversations

  • We begin by understanding what is truly present. What feels tangled often starts to settle when it is named clearly.

  • We explore recurring habits, pressures, assumptions or dynamics that may be shaping the situation more than first appears.

  • As awareness grows, reactivity often softens. More room becomes available around decisions, emotions and next steps.

  • From this greater space, new ways of seeing can emerge. What once felt fixed may begin to open.

  • Clarity naturally starts to translate into action. Not rushed or reactive, but grounded in what now feels true and necessary.

  • We reflect on what has shifted and how to carry that clarity into daily work, relationships and life moving forward.

About Evan

Evan Shapiro is a mindfulness and meditation teacher, creative director, and facilitator with twenty years of experience across business, education, health, and the startup world.

His approach draws on secular mindfulness practice, a long personal engagement with contemplative traditions, and lived experience of navigating change. He trained as a meditation teacher in New York and has worked with individuals, teams, and founders across Australia.
